Loan Broker
Jacquelyn Jackson is passionate about helping business owners and real estate investors get the funding they need to grow with confidence. She began her finance and funding career in 2009 at a business consulting group, and in 2012 she stepped into loan brokerage, where she discovered how much she enjoys guiding clients through what can feel like an overwhelming process. Over the years, she has helped secure millions of dollars in grants and loan requests, always designing custom funding strategies around each client’s vision and goals.
With more than 26 years of experience in project and business management, business coaching, and professional and organizational development, Jacquelyn brings a calm, steady, and knowledgeable presence to every conversation. Her long-time service as an officer on boards in education, business, and construction has shaped her belief that when people are supported with the right resources, they can create lasting impact in their communities.
Through TDJ Equity LLC, an independent loan broker group, Jacquelyn serves as a personal resource for business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors. She works one-on-one with clients to explore funding options, connect with the right lenders, and move step-by-step toward approval, making sure they feel informed, prepared, and never alone in the process.
Funding Processor
Maria has been an underwriter for over 18 years, taking a detailed and thoughtful look at each client’s credit and financial history to determine eligibility. She has worked with banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders, carefully assessing qualifications before final decisions are made on loan applications.
As a processor for TDJ Equity Funding, Maria takes the lead in packaging our clients for funding and coordinating the lender requirements from start to finish. Her goal is to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible, so files move quickly and are funded in a timely manner.
Real Estate Investment Estimator
Terry began his career as a General Contractor in February 2003, when he was licensed in Arkansas. He worked with a team that designed and built multifamily properties, schools, hotels, and other commercial projects, and he prepared bid contracts for commercial, residential, and investment properties.
Today, Terry serves as our Contractor-for-Hire and Lead Estimator, auditing and consulting on projects for our real estate investors to ensure the numbers make sense before they move forward. He is also our mezzanine and real estate investing funding loan broker, helping developers, real estate investors, and commercial property owners structure and secure the funding they need.
